Market Announcement 12 December 2023 Decision not to proceed with the buyback of the 28 September 2050 bond maturity On 21 November 2023, the council released a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek feedback on the merits (or otherwise) of a buyback of all or a portion of NZX listed AKC130 green bonds maturing on 28 September 2050 with the ISIN number NZAKCDT520C6. Following feedback received via the RFP, the council has decided not to proceed with the buyback at this time.
