MEDIA RELEASE 21 December 2023 METLIFECARE ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT AND RETIREMENT Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET) (Metlifecare) announces the appointment of Mr Samuel Franklin as a Director of the Metlifecare Board, and also the retirement of Mr Patrick Rodden as a Director of the Metlifecare Board, both to have effect on 1 January 2024. Mr Franklin is a Director at EQT Group with strong experience in the Australian and New Zealand infrastructure and private equity markets. Mr Rodden, who is the current Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure for Australia and New Zealand at EQT, has served as a Director on the Metlifecare Board since November 2022.
