Geneva Director Resignation

Geneva advises of the resignation of independent director, David Smale, which will be effective from 31 March 2024. David was the Chairman of Geneva between September 2008 and June 2020 and returned temporarily as an independent director in September 2023. The board wishes to thank David for his support and assistance in his capacity as an independent director over the last 7 months and again acknowledge his earlier years of service to the business. Geneva is in the process of confirming a replacement independent director, which we believe will happen prior to David's departure.
