Senior Manager Changes

ASB Bank Limited (ASB) announced today that from 20 December 2025, Mr John (Gerard) Graham (currently General Manager Enterprise Process Excellence) will assume the role of acting Chief Operating Officer. A permanent appointment will be announced in due course. ASB had announced on 8 October 2025 that Ms Amie Nilsson, the current Chief Operating Officer, had resigned and will leave ASB on 19 December 2025.
