Issue of Unquoted Securities to Directors

Following Shareholder approval at the November 2025 Annual General Meeting, 42,500,000 Unquoted Options expiring 16 December 2027 at $0.15 have been issued to the Directors - Mr Karp (20,000,000 Options), Mr Eggers (20,000,000 Options) and Mr Seton (2,500,000 Options).
