The trading halt was put in place pre-market open today. The trading halt has been applied while NZ RegCo discusses with TCM the market announcement released at 8:30am today titled “Financial Model”. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of: 1. an announcement from TCM in relation to the Financial Model announcement; and 2. market open on Friday, 13 March 2026.
