FPH Announces New Future Director Appointment

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare announces new Future Director appointment Auckland, New Zealand, 22 June 2018 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited (NZX:FPH, ASX:FPH) announced today that it has selected Claudia Wyss to participate in the Future Directors programme. Dr Wyss is Chief Executive Officer at Healthvision, a home-based healthcare agency that operates across New Zealand. She has over 25 years' experience in the health industry, with prior roles at McKinsey & Company, as a medical doctor and adviser to governments, hospitals and health systems across New Zealand, the US and UK. Dr Wyss received her medical degrees at the University of Auckland, and her MBA with a prestigious Dean's Award from Harvard Business School. The Future Directors programme is an initiative of the Institute of Directors, aimed at giving talented executives exposure to a company board for a 12 to 18 month period in order to develop governance experience. Future directors attend board meetings and observe and participate in discussions, but do not have voting rights. This is the fourth time Fisher & Paykel Healthcare has participated in the programme.
