27 June 2018 Oceania Natural Limited - Special Meeting Results Oceania Natural Limited (ONL) held a special meeting of shareholders in Auckland this morning. The resolution put forward in the notice of meeting circulated to shareholders earlier this month to delist from the NXT Market and with NZX Limited was unanimously passed by a show of hands vote. ONL can further confirm that 20 proxy forms had been submitted for the meeting and none were directing votes against the resolution. As indicated in the notice of special meeting, ONL's shares will be suspended by NZX Limited at the close of business today, 27th of June 2018 and will formally delist from the NXT Market after the close of business on 29th of June 2018. As indicated in its notice of special meeting, ONL's shares have only occasionally been traded through the NXT market (with the last trade occurring in January 2018), so cessation of listing and quotation is not expected to have any material impact on the tradability of ONL shares. Following delisting, ONL will endeavor to match interested buyers and sellers of its shares, subject to compliance with all applicable laws.
