Completion of Unovent Acquisition

The directors of Just Water International Ltd are pleased to announce the unconditional agreement to acquire the business of Unovent, effective 3 January 2019. This business will become a division of Hometech Ltd, the recently acquired subsidiary of Just Water International Ltd. The Unovent product is a disruptor to the home ventilation market, with its unique patent pending technology which does not require expensive ducting. There are substantial savings to the customer both in the installation of the ventilation solution and in on-going servicing costs. Each Unovent system is controlled by its Unobrain(R) which monitors moisture content to ensure optimum air flow for the household.
