2019 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting Results

17 September 2019 - Rubicon announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual Shareholders' Meeting in Auckland today. Resolutions included the election of Mr George Adams to the Board; the issuance of shares to Mr Adams; to fix the auditor's fees and expenses; and adopt a new constitution.
