Results of Annual Meeting 2019

CSM Group advises that at its Annual Meeting held today all the Resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting were passed. Mr Sean Joyce was re-elected to the Board as a Director. Mr Roger Gower was re-elected to the Board as a Director. Mr Timothy Preston was elected to join the Board as a Director. The Board was authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors, Pricewaterhousecoopers for the forthcoming year.
