Issue of Shares The Company has agreed to issue 1,098,361 of ordinary shares to Richard Rookes in consideration for his services as chief executive. These shares will be subject to a lock up arrangement under which Richard may not sell these shares for a period of three years from the date of issue. The Company is issuing these shares in accordance with and in reliance on Listing Rules 4.6.1 and 5.2.2(e). The Company will also pay any income tax liability associated with this share issue.
