Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Plexure Group Limited (NZX:PLX) announces that its 2020 Annual Meeting is to be held on 2nd September 2020 at 11:00am (NZST) in Auckland. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course. For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, Plexure advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is tomorrow, 22nd July 2020. The closing date for nominations for directors will be 4th August 2020. All nominations must be received by 5:30 pm on the closing date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting, and should be accompanied by consent in writing of the person nominated and contain sufficient information to enable shareholders to make an informed decision as to whether or not to elect the candidate.
