2020 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting – Online Attendance Only

22 September 2020 NZX Announcement For immediate release NZ WINDFARMS LIMITED (NWF): 2020 Annual Shareholders' Meeting - Arrangements for Virtual Meeting - Online Attendance Only NWF published a Notice of Meeting on 3 September 2020 in relation to its Annual Meeting of Shareholders citing that the in-person element of the ASM would only go ahead if Auckland was in COVID alert level 1 on 1 October 2020. This further update confirms that due to the current COVID-19 Level 2 restrictions in Auckland, NWF is no longer able to hold this meeting in person and have moved to a virtual only format. While the date and time have not changed, shareholders will now need to attend and participate in this meeting online, at 11am on Thursday 1 October 2020. Appropriate arrangements have been made and are detailed below. NWF welcomes the opportunity for shareholders to submit questions to the Board in advance of the Annual Meeting. These questions can be submitted using the proxy form at the following link https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.co.nz/voting/NWF We appreciate the support and understanding of our shareholders with regard to this one-off arrangement for the 2020 Annual Meeting. Virtual Shareholder Meeting To participate at the meeting online use the following link to NWF's share registrar's virtual meeting platform http://www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/NWF20 Shareholders attending and participating in the Meeting virtually via the online platform will be able to vote and ask questions during the Meeting. When participating online you will require your shareholder number, found on your proxy form, for verification purposes. In addition to submitting questions prior to the Meeting via the proxy form, questions can also be asked via the online platform during the meeting. The Chair will answer as many of the most frequently asked questions as possible during the meeting.
