NZX AND ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 25 June 2021 SCHEME MATERIALS Tilt Renewables Limited (Tilt Renewables) released Scheme Meeting materials to the market on 10 June 2021. Tilt Renewables advises that physical copies of the Scheme Meeting materials, including the Independent Adviser's Report and Notice of Meeting, have now been posted to shareholders, ahead of the Scheme Meeting at 2.00pm on Wednesday 14 July 2021 in the Lambton 1 Room, Intercontinental Hotel, Wellington, and online at web.lumiagm.com. The scheme meeting materials are also available at www.tiltrenewables.com/investors-landowners/#investor-documents Tilt Renewables also notes Section 2 of the Scheme Booklet, which contains Key Dates for the scheme of arrangement, including indicative dates for the suspension of trading in Tilt Renewables' shares on the ASX and NZX. Tilt Renewables advises that the indicative date and time for the Trading Halt Date is updated from "30 July 2021" to "27 July 2021".
