Wellington's Board of Directors is delighted to announce that Greg Balla, the Company's new CEO, has started on a full-time basis today. Gottfried Pausch's temporary role as Interim CEO has ended now that Greg has started. Gottfried will continue as Chairman of the Board and is now considered to be an independent director.
