Blackwell Global Holdings Limited (NZK: BGI) has released its unaudited interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 September 2021. At 30 September, the Company recognised an equity deficit, however subsequent to balance date $500,000 of bond liabilities have been capitalised, and thereby converted into the issue of ordinary shares, returning the Company to a solvent equity position.
