Appointment to the role of Chief Executive Officer for CCHL

The Board of Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Boyd to the role of Chief Executive Officer of CCHL following a rigorous recruitment process. Tim brings a wealth of experience in senior executive asset management, legal, banking and financial services roles, internationally. He combines an understanding of the complexity of infrastructure investments with a passion for community good outcomes, and significant experience in leading teams of professionals. With a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Melbourne together with degrees in business and engineering mechanics, Tim brings a deep and broad capability set and has applied this commercially, within a legal context, and recently within public service as a Senior Advisor for the NZ Ministry of Social Development. Being closer to wider family brought Tim and his partner back to New Zealand after fifteen years abroad working in international markets. Tim will start in the role of Chief Executive Officer on 7 March 2022 when the current Chief Executive Officer, Mr Paul Munro departs.
