PX1 Revised Securities Trading Policy

Plexure Group Limited (NZX/ASX:PX1) announces that a revision to the Company's Securities Trading Policy has been authorised by the Directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.10, the Company informs investors of the following material changes to the previous policy: - Introduction of Restricted Persons, being directors, senior management and their direct reports, plus any others designates by the Chief Financial Officer from time to time; - A change to Blackout Period during which Restricted Persons are not permitted to trade; - Addition of Exceptional Circumstances for which the Board may grant a waiver to Restricted Persons during Blackout Periods; and - Addition of Examples of Trading not covered by the policy.
