Update on dividends

5 December 2022 Update on Special Dividends Embark Education Limited (NZX/ASX: EVO) in its announcement on 10 November 2022 mentioned that the special dividends which will be paid on 8 December 2022 would be fully franked for Australian tax purposes. EVO wishes to update that due to an issue with documentation for Trans Tasman Imputation (based on which Australian franking credits would be applicable), the special dividends will not have Australian franking credits attached. EVO notes that this will not affect the balance of Australian franking credits available for future dividends.
