Lender Waiver of Interest AUCKLAND 28 September 2023: GSH advises that it has agreed a waiver with its lender Pacific Dawn Limited in respect of the interest due and payable on 28 September 2023 for the quarter then ending. The unpaid interest will be capitalised to the outstanding loan and bear interest. The waiver has been provided as a result of progressing the conditional sale transaction expected to complete in the fourth quarter as announced 2 August 2023.
