29 September 2023 Vital Limited (VTL) announces Director resignation VTL announced today that Mr Mike Shirley will retire as an independent director on 30 September 2023 due to avoid any perception of a conflict of interest arising from his recent appointment onto Chorus Ltd Executive Team.
