21 November 2023 Results of Vital Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting At Vital Limited's shareholder meeting, held in Wellington and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Susan Freeman-Green be re-elected as a director of the Company. o That James Sclater be re-elected as a director of the Company. o That the Directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.
