Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Appointment

Market Release 11 January 2017 Serko Ltd (SKO.NZX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Putt as Chief Financial Officer commencing 12th of January 2017. Susan has held the interim CFO role since 12th of September 2016. With 30 years' corporate financial, risk and audit experience across a range of industries, Susan is an experienced CFO. She has worked with a variety of New Zealand businesses as an independent contractor, specialising in contract CFO positions with high growth companies over the last 10 years. Prior to that, she was CFO for Metrowater, Strategy Manager for Genesis Energy, and has been an Audit Manager at KPMG and PWC. Susan is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
