MYKCO LIMITED (MYK) places shares

Mykco Limited, the NZAX listed shell company, has announced that it has placed 3,269,479 shares at 6.6 cents per share for $215,785.23 in cash. Mr. Brent King, a Director said, "We are continuing to build the resources of Mykco. The company is in a strong position to attract new potential acquisitions". There are currently no proposals being reviewed but the Directors are hopeful of receiving a proposal in the New Year.
