Directorship change – Andrew T Warrell

13th January 2017 Directorship change - Andrew T Warrell Refining NZ advises that it has been informed that Mr. Warrell, ExxonMobil's representative on the Board, will be resigning his directorship with Refining NZ in order to move to a new role within ExxonMobil. The exact timing of Mr. Warrell's departure from the Board has not been fixed at this time, but it is expected to occur in the next few months. Refining NZ will update the market as soon as it becomes aware of an effective resignation date and also the identity of Mr.Warrell's replacement once processes in this regard have been concluded.
