New Zealand management changes

16 January 2017 NEW ZEALAND MANAGEMENT CHANGES Downer EDI Limited (Downer) announced today that Cos Bruyn, CEO of Downer's New Zealand business, had decided to leave Downer after over 13 years with the company. Mr Bruyn will be joining Fulton Hogan as Group Chief Executive Officer. Mr Bruyn will relinquish all Downer management responsibilities immediately and be subject to a nine month post-employment restraint period before he joins Fulton Hogan. The Chief Executive Officer of Downer, Grant Fenn, thanked Mr Bruyn for his significant contribution to Downer. Steve Killeen will assume the role of Acting CEO of Downer's New Zealand business. Mr Killeen has been working for Downer for 12 years and has extensive senior management experience. His roles in New Zealand have included Executive General Manager, Northern Region and Executive General Manager, Infrastructure. He is currently Downer's Group Executive Manager, Strategy and Development. Downer has a proud history in New Zealand that can be traced back to 1870.
