Auckland, 19 January 2017 THE WAREHOUSE GROUP FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED Appointment of Chief Executive Officer, Warehouse Financial Services. The Warehouse Group Financial Services Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Cooper as Chief Executive Officer of The Warehouse Group Financial Services Limited with effect from 13 March 2017. Donna is an experienced financial services leader, and joins the business from her role as General Manager of Baycorp in New Zealand. Prior to that Donna had an extensive career with American Express across a variety of product and consumer roles in several international markets. Group Chief Executive Officer Nick Grayston says Ms Cooper has a proven commercial, leadership, and financial services background, and brings to the role a strong customer focus and an entrepreneurial drive. "The Financial Services Board and I are looking forward to Donna joining the business, leading its future strategy, and realising the potential of financial services to support our retail customers." As CEO, Ms Cooper will report to The Warehouse Financial Services Board, with the Financial Services Business continuing to report through the Group Chief Financial Officer, Mark Yeoman. Last year Hadyn Halls, the Chief Operating Officer of the Financial Services Business, announced his intention to leave the company, giving the business time to recruit and induct a new leader.
