AFC Group Holdings Ltd (AFC) advises that Mr. Rewi Bugo has resigned as a Director effective 16 February 2017. Mr. Brent King, spokesman for AFC said, "G A Sego Ltd, a company associated with Mr. Bugo, has recently sold its holding in AFC. Mr. Bugo and G A Sego Ltd have decided to focus on other investments. Mr. Bugo has made a valuable contribution to AFC in assisting with the process of moving the company from a listed shell to being an active trading company with annualised turnover in excess of $12 million.
