Vista appoints Cris Nicolli to Board

MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT 17 February 2017, Vista Group International Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand VISTA APPOINTS CRIS NICOLLI TO BOARD Vista Group International Limited (VGL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Cris Nicolli to its Board of Directors as a non-executive independent director. Cris is a New Zealander who has been living in Australia for the last 30 years. Cris has had a significant career within the IT industry in sales, management and leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region. He has recently retired after 12 years with previously ASX listed UXC Limited, including 5 years as CEO and Managing Director. Prior to UXC, Cris held senior roles with Digital/Compaq for 20 years. With the sale of UXC to CSC in late 2016, Cris is now looking to provide his unique set of business skills in a non-executive capacity. Cris is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and a past member of the New Zealand Society of Accountants. VGL Chairman Kirk Senior said that Cris' mix of skills in the IT sector and leadership of large scale technology businesses which have seen significant growth, complements the skills of the existing Board. This appointment results in the Board of Directors comprising six members, three of whom are independent.
