CDL Investments New Zealand Limited advises that the Company's 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is to be held in the latter half of May 2017. The exact date, time and venue are yet to be fixed by the Board but will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting. Pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the period for director nominations is open from today with the closing date for nominations being 31 March 2017. Nominations must be sent to the registered office of the company, and must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be accompanied by the nominated person's consent in writing to act as a director, if elected.
