In the period from the last disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading activity under discretionary investment mandates, Harbour Asset Management Limited, sold 2,170,400 MPG shares for aggregate consideration of $3,881,872.01 and purchased 329,833 MPG shares for aggregate consideration of $689,237.32. As a result of these transactions, Harbour Asset Management Limited, has, at the date of this notice, a relevant interest in 10,159,088 (5.480%) MPG shares.
