T&G GLOBAL SUBSIDIARY SELLS FLORAMAX DIVISION TO UFG

10 March 2017 Turners and Growers Fresh Limited, a subsidiary of T&G Global Limited (T&G) has agreed to sell its flower auction business, trading as FloraMax, to United Flower Growers Limited (UFG). FloraMax, a small division of Turners & Growers Fresh Limited, is based in Auckland and Christchurch but no longer aligns with T&G's strategy and focus on its core business and key categories. It is expected that completion will occur on or about 31 March 2017.
