Since the last disclosure, as a result of normal on market trading activity, Harbour Asset Management Limited sold 3,271,928 MPG ordinary shares for a total consideration of $4,901,994.43. 271,928 MPG shares sold on the 22 of February and 3,000,000 MPG shares sold on 9 March 2017. As a result, Harbour Asset Management Limited has, at the date of this notice, an interest in 6,887,160 (3.715%) MPG ordinary shares and First NZ Capital Securities Limited has an interest in 398,703 (0.215) MPG ordinary shares.
