Chairman Sir John Anderson retires from NPT Board

NZX Announcement from NPT Limited - 17 March, 2017 Chairman Sir John Anderson retires from NPT Board NPT (NZX: NPT) wishes to announce the retirement today of its Chairman, Sir John Anderson, following a six year tenure on the Board. Sir John joined in 2011 and has guided the Company through its transition from a property trust to its present structure. He signalled his intention to retire this position some months ago, and says he believes it is an appropriate time to step aside - ahead of the next phase in the development and growth of the Company. "I support the direction the Board is moving in and wish the Company every success in the future." He will be succeeded in the role of Chairman by current Director, Tony Sewell, who joined the Board last year following a successful career leading the growth of Ngai Tahu Property. Ends.
