AFC Group Holdings Ltd (AFC) advises that the Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Brent King as Chairman of the AFC Audit Committee. Mr. Howard Long, director of AFC said, "Mr. Brent King was the Chairman of the AFC Audit Committee and a director. Mr. King has decided to resign as the Chairman of Audit Committee for personal reasons. Mr. King has made a valuable contribution to AFC in assisting with all audit matters.
