MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT 24 March 2017, Vista Group International Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATION DATES Vista Group International Limited advises that its annual meeting is to be held in Auckland on 25 May 2017 at 3:00pm. The venue and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed during April. For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Vista advises that the opening date for nominations for directors to be voted on at this year's annual meeting is today and the closing date is 10 April 2017. All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the closing date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting, and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
