LIC senior manager resignation LIC's people and performance group manager, Patrick Brus, has announced his resignation from the farmer owned-co-operative citing family reasons. Mr Brus started with LIC in November 2016, reporting to the chief executive and leading the co-op's human resources and organisational development teams. His last day with LIC will be on 28 April 2017. Recruitment for a replacement will begin shortly.
