The audit committee completed a thorough review of all tenders received and recommended appointment of KS Black & Co due to their extensive experience with listed mining entities at a similar stage to New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd. As a consequence the company has accepted the resignation of its auditor DFK Oswin Griffiths Carlton and has engaged KS Black & Co to provide assurance services.
