Fire incident at Refining NZ (NZR)

On Saturday 8 April there was a minor fire on a crude furnace at the Marsden Point refinery. The incident was managed successfully, without injury to refinery staff or emergency services crews. The furnace has subsequently been inspected and a limited amount of necessary repair work is underway. The Company can confirm that there is no material impact on refining margins as a result of this incident.
