BIL has completed negotiations for a material transaction, is in the process of concluding definitive documentation for that transaction and upon that documentation being concluded, BIL will be in a position to advise the material terms of the transaction to the market. The trading halt has been put in place until the earlier of an announcement by BIL in relation to the conclusion of its negotiations and the finalisation of its documentation in relation to the transaction, or at market open on 27 October 2017.
