Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Client and Data Services Date: 01 November 2017 Subject: Barramundi Limited ("BRM") - Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by Barramundi Limited ("BRM") on Monday, 30 October 2017, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the final exercise date for the BRM warrants ("BRMWD") is Friday, 24 November 2017. Any BRMWD warrants not exercised by Friday, 24 November 2017 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire. The final day of trading in BRMWD will be Wednesday, 22 November 2017 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
