MYKCO confirms Chairman of the Board of Directors

MYKCO Ltd (MYK), the NZAX listed shell, advises the Board of Directors has elected Mr Brent King as Chair following the resignation of Mr Chew Choo Soon. Mr Brent King has been a Non-Executive Director of the Mykco Limited since 30 September 2011. He was also the founder and Managing Director of the Dorchester Group of Companies for seventeen (17) years until he resigned in 2005. He holds a number of public and private directorships. He has more than twenty five (25) years experience in financial, investment banking, underwriting, capital raising and accounting areas and has assisted a number of public and private companies.
