Retirement of Director

RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR Downer EDI Limited (Downer) announced today that Eve Howell will retire as a director of Downer, effective from the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting on 2 November 2017. The Chairman of Downer, Mike Harding, said Ms Howell had been a valuable member of the Board since her appointment in January 2012. "Eve has made a significant contribution to Downer over almost six years as an important member of the Board and we have benefited tremendously from the knowledge she has acquired through spending over 40 years in the oil and gas industry. "Eve has provided strong leadership and advice, particularly in her role as Chair of the Zero Harm Committee.
