(Liz) Coutts Owing to the level of her other work commitments, Liz Coutts has advised the Board that, regretfully, she has decided to retire as a Director of the company effective from the conclusion of the company's annual meeting on December 13, 2017. Paul Norling, Chairman of Sanford, paid tribute to Liz's contribution to the company during her six and a half years as a Director which included Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for her full term as a director.
