14 November 2017 Results of Annual Shareholders' Meeting held 14 November 2017 At Marlin Global Limited's shareholder meeting, held in Auckland today (14 November 2017), shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o To re-elect Andy Coupe as a director of Marlin Global. o To authorise the Board of Directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year.
