Share Conversion

NZAX Announcement Share Conversion Lateral Corporation Limited (NZX:LAT) has today converted 7,960,501 ordinary shares with no voting rights into ordinary shares with voting rights. All non-voting shares in LAT are currently held by Trinity Portfolio Limited. The non-voting shares were issued as part of the share issue approved by LAT shareholders at a special meeting of shareholders held on 7 August 2017. Under the terms of issue of the non-voting shares they automatically become voting shares whenever (and to the extent of) Tasman Capital, GTNZ, and the respective associates holding less than 90% of all voting rights. Trinity Portfolio Limited has undertaken an off market transfer of shares to a non-associated person, with the implication that the Non-Voting Shares have converted to the Shares.
