Serko Limited (NZX:SKO), a leader in online travel booking and expense management for business, today announced that it has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ATPI Group. It is intended that the terms of a binding strategic partnership agreement will be finalised over the coming months. The MOU outlines a process that will be followed by Serko and ATPI to work toward agreeing the terms of a binding agreement whereby ATPI will be licensed to deploy Serko's Zeno technology globally, including in the USA, Europe, UK and Asia. Serko has recently released Zeno into the Australian market, however, Zeno is designed as a global platform. While significant to Serko's strategy should a binding agreement be entered into, Serko does not anticipate a material uplift in revenue in either FY18 or FY19. Serko's progress on this contract and any insights into revenue in future trading periods will be made at the appropriate time.
