Executive Team Changes

STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 5 December 2017 Executive Team Changes Chorus has today announced three changes to its executive team. o Joanna Crawford is permanently confirmed as the GM Customer Care; o Vanessa Oakley has been appointed as GM Strategy & Business Operations commencing in early March 2018; and o Scott Newton has resigned from Chorus and will be taking up a role in another New Zealand company. "Jo has stepped up to the executive role in acting capacity and I am delighted to confirm her permanent appointment," said Kate McKenzie, Chorus CEO. "Vanessa is a seasoned senior executive who's played a large role right across the company since Chorus was demerged. She leads our regulatory strategy and will continue that within the GM Strategy & Business Operations role. "Scott's work in setting up our internal transformation and Vanesa's work in shaping our external regulatory policy environment now presents Chorus the opportunity to move these forward together" said Kate McKenzie, Chorus CEO.
