RESULTS OF 2017 ANNUAL MEETING Delegat Group Limited announces the results of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual Meeting, held on the 5th of December 2017 in Auckland. The resolutions, as detailed below, were passed unanimously by a show of hands:- 1. Re-election of Jim Delegat as a Director of the Company and 2. Re-election of Robert Wilton as a Director of the Company.
